Our Community Organizing Fellowship is a paid, intensive three-month program for organizers who want rigorous training, strong political analysis, and day-to-day organizing practice.
This fellowship is designed for people who want to do the work of organizing: consistent outreach, relationship-building, leadership development, and disciplined follow-through, while learning within a supportive cohort and mentorship structure. Fellows will build skills in outreach, base building, leadership development, and campaign strategy while supporting active local and regional campaigns.
